Chase Home Theater's warranty obligations are limited to the terms as set forth herein. We warrant that from the date Chase Home Theater (“Chase HT”) originally ships a Chase HT-brand product, (“Product”) to you, and for a period of seven (7) years for our Chase HT-brand speakers and subwoofers (excluding the subwoofer amplifier) the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Non-Chase HT brand Products will be governed solely by the manufacturer’s warranty (see below for Dayton amplifier warranty).
At our option, we will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge (with new parts when applicable new parts are available), (b) exchange the defective Product with a new Product or (c) refund the purchase price less the original shipping charge.
Chase HT may request that you replace defective parts with user-installable parts that Chase HT provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligations. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Chase HT assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the property of Chase HT. Parts provided by Chase HT in fulfillment of its warranty obligations must be used in Products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the Product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Chase HT and becomes Chase HT's property.
All Products sent to Chase HT for warranty repair must be in original or equivalent packaging and prominently display a return authorization (“RA”) number, issued by a Chase HT representative and valid for fifteen (15) days from issuance, on the exterior of the packaging and include a copy of proof of purchase and a written description of the problem. RAs may be obtained by contacting Chase HT. Products shipped to Chase HT without an RA or without the RA prominently displayed externally on the packaging will be returned to sender at their expense. All transportation charges for Products shipped to Chase HT are the responsibility of the sender and must be paid in advance. Damage to a returned Product incurred during transportation to Chase HT is the sole responsibility of sender.
Chase HT’s warranty coverage extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Replacement Products or components may be in the same condition as the original Product or component and will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Warranty does not apply to (a) protective coatings that will diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to defects in materials or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited toscratches, dents or broken plastic clips or ports; damage caused by use with non-Chase HT Products or products that exceed the specifications set forth for each Product; (c) damage caused by accident, customer misuse or abuse, liquids contact, fire, earthquake, damage caused in transport or other causes that were not the fault of Chase HT; (e) damage caused by use of the Product outside the specifications of the Product or uses intended by the design of the Product; (f) damage caused by alterationor service of any type performed by anyone who is not a representative of Chase HT; (g) damage to a Product or part caused by modification to or alteration of functionality or capability without Chase HT's prior written consent; (h) damage to or inability to use the Product due to acts of God or (i) damage resulting from improper installation or use. Modifications made to the product (drivers, cabinets, crossovers, etc.) voids the Warranty and return privilege.
Chase HT and its suppliers' entire liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the Product as set forth herein. Chase HT and its suppliers shall not be liable for any monetary damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, or any other loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Product, for any reason whatsoever, whether a claim alleges tortious conduct (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CHASE HT DISCLAIMS, AND CUSTOMER WAIVES, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER REMEDIES.

All amplifiers are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc.

Call Parts Express to obtain an RA#. Pack merchandise carefully to avoid further damage and complete Return Form on the bottom of the invoice. Record your customer number if they assign one to you (they may also just use our number), our number (16407twe) and RA numbers on the outside of the box. Ship merchandise back to Parts Express prepaid.
